We are just back from the Inaugural events in D.C. this past week. In Washington the Maccabean Resistance teamed up with an interfaith group called the Coalition for Peace to announce to the newly sworn in President, Barak Obama, that Americans expect our government to combat Islamic aggression against non-Muslim peoples throughout the world. The Coalition for Peace is comprised of Hindu, Jewish and Christian groups, all sharing a common threat, the Islamic Revolution.  There were thirty enthusiastic supporters carrying signs denouncing Islamic terror and expressing support for Israel.

Hamas launched an extensive campaign of misinformation rallies in the United States in anticipation of Israeli retaliation for the rocket attacks from Gaza. Months before the upswing in rocket attacks in late December Hamas supporters began training protesters in the art of holding pro-Hamas demonstrations in cities across America and around the world. Many rallies seemed as though they suddenly sprang up because the American people were outraged by Israel's war in Gaza, quite the contrary. These rallies were a well orchestrated public relations campaign carried out with the help of the Muslim Brotherhood and other Muslim groups with cells right here in the United States.

Builders of Zion has been busy since mid December meeting the challenge of speaking truth and reality to oppose the lies and deception presented by the pro-Hamas demonstrators. Apparently, there was an oversight when making the manual for training their protesters, they forgot to include the chapter on what to do when counter-protesters show up. When we arrive and begin speaking the truth the pro-Hamas groups are thrown totally off message and their real colors are revealed, they begin lashing out against our group. Once again, truth triumphs over falsehood, but other rallies went unopposed in many U.S. cities or had little opposition.

To be sure, there will be future rallies as the pro-Hamas machine is now in place. Join the Maccabean Resistance to learn how to combat the falsehoods being disseminated by these organized Muslim groups. Visit www.maccabeanresistance.org

Da'wah (the Invitation)

Muhammad, in order to legitimize his own authority, endorsed the Holy Bible.  We encourage all Muslims who are truly interested in truth and peace to read it carefully and prayerfully.

There is a beautiful story inside its pages:

G-d has a Memorial Name for all time – the G-d of Abraham, the G-d of Isaac, and the G-d of Jacob.  He is Sovereign and if you cry out to know Him and seek Him with all of your heart, strength and soul, He will make Himself Known to you for He is altogether Merciful.

He does not require young Muslim girls to have their genitals mutilated in order to preserve their virginity.  Rather, He Instructs us all to govern our actions and walk uprightly before Him.

He never decreed that men are supreme and are thus free to torture their wives and force them to submit to their every whim.  No, Sound Counsel is His – that men shall love and protect their wives, and tenderly care for them.

His Eyes are too Pure to look upon human sacrifice, for such evil plans are an abomination to Him.  What He does Ask of us is that we take care of our bodies, for we are Wonderfully Made; He even Knows how many hairs are on our heads.

He Wishes that we would love Him and love one another, for this the whole sum of Torah.  Be warned though: G-d will not be mocked.  A man who sows for his destructive nature, eternal destruction he shall reap.

He is not impressed with the boastings of proud men, or with those who are wise in their own eyes.  Yet, the Holy One Delights in faith and humility of heart.

He does not hear prayers recited by mere rote.  Instead, the One Who Formed the ear Promises that the prayers of the righteous avail much.

He is displeased when children are conditioned to hate.  For theirs is the Kingdom of G-d, and we are to therefore train our children in the upright way that they should walk.

He hates a lying tongue, every form of idolatry, adultery, unjust gain, and the moving of a neighbor’s ancient boundary stone.  Yet, He Loves truthfulness, reverence for Him alone, being faithful to one’s spouse, an honest day’s work, and that we remain content with our circumstances.

He highly Values our free will because He does not want robots worshiping Him.  It is our hearts that He Desires.

In this light, we come to understand that G-d has a special Covenant relationship with the Jewish People.  What is more, they walk under a Divine Directive to illuminate Torah to the nations so that we may understand how to walk uprightly before The L-rd.

G-d is Holy and He and sin cannot Commune.  Yet, our Loving G-d Longs to Commune with every one of us, and we block this Communion when we do not walk in His Ways – His Ways are not like Man’s ways.  For our wholehearted efforts and devotion, our reward is eternal life, and while we are making pilgrimage here on earth, He will come and Fellowship with us if it is our heart’s desire.  Sweet is this Communion.  I tell you the truth: Nothing on earth can compare.

Although the Jewish People have not been perfect in their walk, we should never think of ourselves more highly than we ought for we all, indeed, have fallen short of the Glory of G-d.

Regardless of the shortcomings of the Jewish People, God’s Gifts and His Call are Irrevocable.  His Word is His Bond and No efforts of Man can abrogate that which He Establishes.  Neither Christians nor Muslims shall ever replace the Apple of G-d’s Eye, but we are assured that we can all be Grafted into the commonwealth of Israel and thus partake in the bountiful Blessings of The Kingdom of G-d.

Let us all search our hearts to see what unclean things be in them.  Let us take out the boards from our eyes so that we could see clearly to remove the specks of dust from the eyes of our brethren.  Let us rid ourselves of malice and hate, and encourage our Spiritual Guides to take an honest look at our doctrinal teachings, and then let us be bold enough to discard all that corrupts while holding dear that which nurtures life.

We owe at least this to the Author of Life.

“And foreigners who bind themselves to the L-rd to serve Him; to love the Name of the L-rd, and to worship Him, all who keep the Sabbath without desecrating it and who hold fast to My Covenant – these I will Bring to My Holy Mountain and Give them Joy in My House of Prayer.  Their burnt offerings will be accepted on My Altar; for My House will be Called a House of Prayer for all nations.  The Sovereign L-rd Declares – ‘He Who Gathers the Exiles of Israel: I will Gather still others to them besides those already Gathered.’ ”

Pro-Israel Supporters Face Off With Hamas Loyalists at Miami

Written by Sandra Warmoth

Builders of Zion International Relations Director

After a two-hour long, energetic day in the sun yesterday at a 800-strong pro-Israel/anti-HAMAS rally nearby the Holocaust Memorial in Miami Beach, Florida, which failed to bring out an anticipated pro-HAMAS presence, approximately 150 stalwart Jewish and Christian supporters of Israel then took on the 200-strong crowd of pro-“palestine”/pro-HAMAS supporters rallying across from the Israeli Consulate.

It became evident that the robust show of support for Israel and the zealous stance against HAMAS along the west side of the boulevard at the northbound section of Biscayne Boulevard was agitating the pLO supporters, who were rallying on the east side. During the five-hour lively face-off, several pLO ralliers, bullhorns in hand, led the group in the typical Arabic chant to liberate “palestine” with their blood.  Children joined in on the adrenalized incantation.  Several among the pro-pLO crowd had their faces fully covered with the traditional HAMAS headdress.  There were several unfounded boasts of HAMAS’ great performance against the Israeli Defense Forces’ “Cast Lead” military operation in Gaza, and a staged media-capturing event featuring several small children lying along the curbside under the bogus flag of “palestine.”  One group of Muslim youth was directing highly animated menacing gestures with read-my-lips style threats to “f--k up” the group of pro-Israel supporters.  They also promised that HAMAS would do the same to the IDF.

Outnumbered and without the advantage of bullhorns, the collective voice of the pro-Israel camp still tingled the ears of the mainly Muslim crowd.  “There is no ‘palestine,’ ” “I - D - F,” and “Terrorists across the street,” were some of the chants belted out by these ralliers.

It was noteworthy that while the police were diligent in keeping the pro-Israel ralliers at bay along the curb and away from the gutter and road, they were lacking the same degree of diligence when it concerned the pro-Muslim ralliers.  A few pro-Israel ralliers, indeed, ventured off the curb and onto the roadside from time to time; yet only when the envelope was pushed well past the limits within the Muslim camp did the police get involved in forcing those ralliers to comply with the rules.  Part and parcel to the sporadic police efforts to keep Muslims in line, several Muslims were also patrolling alongside the narrow street gutter, including an elder dressed in a turban and Taliban-style garb.  Apparently, there was an understanding between the Miami Police Department and the leaders of the Muslim community that enabled Muslim authorities to rule over the pLO crowd without police interference unless there were blatant violations.

An increasing number of Muslims from the pro-pLO group were hurling full bottles of water at the pro-Israel group, apparently due to the lack of stones in the area.  Some from the pro-Israel camp responded in kind due to the lackluster police response to the aggression.

Several Muslims charged across the street at the pro-Israel group.  The first Muslim to charge was outraged that one of the pro-Israel ralliers was stomping on a bogus flag of “palestine.”  Shortly afterward, another charged forward, going for a banner that was temporarily unmanned in anticipation of a rumble.  The 3’ x 9’ Maccabean Resistance double-sided banner carried the messages: “No pLO terrorist state in the Jewish Biblical Heartland!” and “STOP the Islamic Conquest of the Promised Land!”  The Muslim perpetrator, momentarily running off with the prized banner toward his widely cheering crowd of supporters, was pursued by this writer, who was promptly restrained by a police officer.  Undeterred, this writer shouted to a group of officers and pointed to the thief who made off with the stolen banner.  Three police stopped the man in the middle of the boulevard, crinkled banner in hand, before he could run back to his group.  This energized the crowd of pro-Israel supporters.  Other Muslims then attempted to charge at the pro-Israel ralliers, but the police, who had called in reinforcements, stopped them.

There was vigorous support from drivers for both sides of the boulevard: some honking in support of Israel, others in support of the pLO.  Many of the Muslim motorists drove along the pro-Israel side of the boulevard specifically to make threatening gestures, such as pulling an imaginary trigger on a gun.  One elderly man, accompanied by an orthodox Muslim woman, drove up to the pro-Israel group, rolled his window down, pulled out his HAMAS headdress and wrapped it around his face in front of the ralliers.  Another motorist hoisted up a child with a bogus flag of “palestine” through the sunroof of his vehicle.  The child’s face was fully wrapped in HAMAS headdress.  The largely Muslim crowd was surprised when Builders of Zion Executive Director Ed Warmoth left his post at the rally and drove his vehicle to the Muslim side of the boulevard to sport his large Israeli flag, which was poking up through the sunroof.  Six pLO ralliers, apparently outraged that a pro-Israel supporter would venture to their side of the road, converged upon his vehicle and banged on his windows.  Also notable was the Chabad House bus, whose driver frequented the boulevard, honking the horn to the rhythm of the pro-Israel chants.  His passengers were holding a large Israeli flag, which was hanging outside the buses’ windows.  The Chabad’s prominent vehicular presence provided great motivational support for the tired but determined group.

As the highly charged daytime event grinded on, the pro-Israel supporters thinned out at around 3:30 p.m. to about 60 people.  During the course of the event, the ranks of the pLO supporters had grown to approximately 300.  By about 4:30 p.m., the pLO-supporters dwindled to about 120.

The remaining pro-Israel supporters dispersed only when the police had significantly cleared out the pro-pLO supporters as evening was setting in and an officer on the west side of the boulevard said it was time to go home.  As the pro-pLO protestors -- one wiping the roadway with a ripped remnant of an Israeli flag -- were crossing the boulevard in a not-so-peaceful manner to exit the rally, five Muslims, frustrated by their inability to break through the police barrier protecting the pro-Israel ralliers, then took their anger out on the pro-Israel supporters’ vehicles.  The group converged by foot upon one of the pro-Israel supporters, who was leaving the rally in his pickup truck to return to Ft Lauderdale.  The Muslims destroyed his passenger-side mirror as the man narrowly escaped the danger.  The group continued to the parking lot where most of the pro-Israel ralliers had parked their vehicles, and they kicked the doors to some of the pro-Israel supporters’ cars.  After hearing reports of the incident from a couple of ralliers, Ed Warmoth ran toward the scene.  Witnessing one of the attacks only 30 feet away, Warmoth immediately reported the incident to a group of 10 police officers just 100 feet away from the outbreak.  The officers responded by instructing the group of Muslims to leave; yet there was no follow up to identify the perpetrators of the mischief, with the exception of a lone police officer, Officer Villafana, who worked with the Ft. Lauderdale man to file a formal police report regarding his broken mirror.

The rally ended at approximately 5:15 p.m., with the Miami Herald reporting the arrest of a dozen protestors.  One of the protestors was from the pro-Israel camp.

Hamas Demonstrations Met With Resistance

It is projected that there will be some where around three to four million people in D.C for the inaugural events on January 20, 2009.  Many groups and organizations will be there to express their specific point of view and popularize their agenda – the Hamas arm of the pLO will be one of them.

At this critical time when Israel is trying to disable the pLO rocket machine Hamas loyalists have been holding demonstrations in major cities throughout the world in an effort to sway public opinion against Israel.  Hamas is trying to blame Israel for the events unfolding in Gaza, making Israel out to be the villain on the world stage - something they have gotten very good at the past several decades.

In fact and in reality, since August 2005, Israel has suffered more than ten thousand rockets from Gaza.  The Israeli retreat from Gaza was supposed to bring peace and security to the region, all it brought was Hamas and relentless rocket attacks on the Gaza belt communities of Israel.  Hamas wrestled control of Gaza from the Fatah arm of the pLO soon after being elected into political prominence by the so-called “palestinian” population.

Since Hamas took control of Gaza Israel has attempted to control the lawless organization’s ability to attack by closing the border between Gaza and the surrounding areas and through political pressure.  Hamas has repeatedly broken cease-fire agreements and smuggled in arms and ammunition via tunnels and truckloads of UN food relief shipments.  After the most recent series of rocket attacks from Hamas lead Gaza from October through December, Israel had to take action to stop the terrorist group.

It should be noted that over the course of the past three years various pLO splinter groups have claimed responsibility for rocket attacks from Gaza.  Fatah and Islamic Jihad have been quite active participants in the ten thousand attacks, proving that this is not just a renegade Hamas organization causing problems between the pLO and Israel.  The constant bombardment of Israeli communities emanating from the now Judenrein Gaza is, and has been, an orchestrated front in the greater Arab war by proxy against the Jewish Nation.

The Maccabean Resistance is organizing Bible Believers, those who call on the name of The G-d of Abraham, The G-d of Isaac and The G-d of Jacob, the One True G-d, be they Jewish or Christian, to rally at Washington D.C. in support of Israel.  Let it not be said that the Righteous stood by and refused to act when the enemies of G-d reared their heads to spread falsehood and deceit in this, the war of ideas.  For the Honor of The L-rd, let us rally together and proclaim truth and reality, let us strengthen and defend Israel during this time.

The battle is not just on the soil of Israel; it is being spread by the enemy throughout the world in a concerted effort to sway public opinion against the Jewish Nation.  Demonstrations and protest marches by the Islamic Uma (the world-wide community of Muslims) are organized with the purpose of disseminating their misinformation and propaganda.  The pro “palestinian” demonstrations provide an opportunity for the statements of the protesters to be broadcast by the media spreading the deceitful misrepresentations as if they were facts.

The propaganda, misinformation and intimidation being poured out by Israel's enemies must be met with direct resistance; the lies and fabrications of the enemy must not be allowed the ability to take root. Join with the Maccabean Resistance visit www.maccabeanresistance.org to learn how you can help and become a foot soldier in the war of ideas.
